These cover your use of identie.net. Work we do for you is governed by the agreement we sign for that work, not by this page - where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by IDENTIE LEGAL ENTITY NAME, COMPANY FORM AND REGISTRATION NUMBER, registered at REGISTERED ADDRESS. “We” and “us” mean that company.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.
What this site is
It describes what we build and how we work. There are no accounts to create, nothing to buy, and no prices published here. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract.
Descriptions of our work are necessarily general. What a system would do for you specifically is settled in writing during discovery, not inferred from a marketing page.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to send anything unlawful through the contact form.
Security research is welcome if it is careful. Do not test in ways that could disrupt the service or expose anyone else's data, and report what you find to hello@identie.net.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and layout of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.
Product and company names mentioned here belong to their respective owners.
What we build for a client belongs to that client, on the terms of their agreement. Nothing on this page changes that.

We link to paperbrainz.com and to the Wix App Market. Those are separate services with their own terms and their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is current at the moment you read it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability for work we are engaged to do is dealt with in the agreement for that work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
