Search is where most catalogs lose the sale. A shopper types the way they think and keyword search returns nothing, or everything. This reads the request for what it means, resolves it into the terms your catalog uses, and matches it against live stock, variants and pricing - real products, never a plausible-sounding answer.

Some processes are entirely rules and lookups, and a person still walks each one through by hand. An agent runs the process end to end and stops only on a genuine exception. You set the conditions under which it must not proceed; inside them it completes the work unattended, and every action it takes is written down.

The problem worth solving is rarely the one an off-the-shelf tool addresses. It is the decision your team makes fifty times a day using judgement nobody wrote down, or the document nobody has time to read properly.
